SEPHER ESSENCE was born from a deeply personal journey, a season marked by pain, emotional overwhelm, and a longing for clarity. In the midst of depression, weight gain, and spiritual confusion, our founder realised that healing couldn’t happen without structure and that no transformation could last without intentionality.

Struggling to find tools that reflected both her emotional depth and her need for beauty, she searched for planners and journals that could help organise her life. But nothing felt aligned. The options were either too generic, too cluttered, or simply uninspiring. Most planners felt rigid, based on annual goals that didn’t match her reality. She knew she needed something different; something immediate, practical, and deeply reflective.

That’s when the idea of a 12-week structure emerged. In just three months, everything changed. She lost 16 kg, healed long-standing emotional wounds, and began stepping into the woman she always dreamed of becoming not by chance, but by intention. And with that clarity came the birth of SEPHER.

What began as a personal solution became a mission. SEPHER ESSENCE was created to fill a gap for those who feel lost, disorganised, and disconnected from their purpose. It's for the ones who crave more than productivity: they crave peace, alignment, and truth. Our tools are not just planners or journals. They are structured healing systems designed to help you reflect, plan, and move forward with power and clarity.

Meet the Founder of SEPHER ESSENCE

 

Myriam Malonda is the visionary behind SEPHER ESSENCE. A woman shaped by depth, refined through truth, and transformed by the presence of God. Her journey began in silence and searching, where emotional intensity met divine revelation. Like many, she once lived in the tension of longing for clarity while carrying wounds unspoken. But over time, truth became her compass, not just for healing, but for becoming.

SEPHER ESSENCE was born from this personal transformation. After experiencing radical inner change through structured tools, guided journaling, and Spirit-led discipline, she realised that wholeness wasn't out of reach, it simply needed a map. And she built one.

Her heart beats for those who feel stuck, unseen, or unfinished. With every planner, journal, or healing tool, she hopes to help others access the clarity, beauty, and divine strength already within them. SEPHER ESSENCE reflects her belief that we are not meant to survive our lives, we are meant to rise in them.
